Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Packaged Software Team Leader who will be responsible for leading and managing our team of integration experts in delivering seamless integration solutions using WebMethods and Salesforce. As the Senior Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving the success of our integration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of webMethods and Salesforce specialists and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project managers, to define integration requirements and develop scalable solutions.
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using WebMethods and Salesforce technologies.
Oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols for integration projects.
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership, assisting team members with complex integration challenges and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies and platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) with development, with expertise in webMethods or Salesforce platforms.
Strong skills in managing operational teams, producing estimates, and planning in these contexts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
knowledge of integration concepts, patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using webMethods Integration Server or Salesforce, and related technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer) would be a plus.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management is highly desirable.
