About the job:
Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintain a fully stocked store
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Assist on both offline and online sales
Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
Assist on customer service, logistics and administrative tasks
Follow all companies policies and procedures
Requirements and skills
Working experience in retail sales/ customer service (as a plus)
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (excel)
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
Interest for design
Weekly Hours
Full Time (40 hours/ week)
