ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Business Partner & Co-founder with a strong sales background to lead our team, drive business growth, and establish our brand as a key player in the agritech sector.

YOUR MISSION

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to achieve short and long-term business objectives;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, industry partners, and investors;
Drive sales and revenue growth through effective pipeline management, deal negotiation, and customer acquisition;
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media engagements;
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture;
Work closely with the founding team to set and implement the company’s vision and mission.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CO-FOUNDER WITH…

Proven experience in a senior sales or leadership role, preferably within the agritech/Bio or related industries;
Demonstrable success in driving revenue growth and scaling businesses;
Strong network and established relationships within the agriculture sector, preferably within wine industry;
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced industry;
Passion for sustainable agriculture and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the sector.
