Customer Service Representative

Cross Border Talents, an international recruiting agency with a long track of successful records, is looking to fill vacancies for an important international client.

Activities

Your main missions will be:

• Providing a reassuring, warm and customer-friendly service for our client in English and

French;

• Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock

availability;

• Seize the opportunity to “shine” with each interaction, showing a strong interest in the customer,

with a natural appetite for communication, by becoming aware of the services offered by our client

Working hours

40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm, and

from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Rotating shifts

You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break. You will be

informed in advance about the working schedule.
