About the Company:

My client, who are a well-established consulting organization that are dedicated to customer transformation, are seeking a Cloud Data Engineer to join their time with the aim of driving their data strategy and build tailored solutions for the entirety of the company and their clients.

Founded in the 2010’s, this company are successfully growing and have made their mark in over 10 countries across the globe.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be:

Designing and building data pipelines in AWS
Implementing data and analytic platforms
Executing sustainable application operations
Supporting the internal company strategy
Developing products and consulting on data analytics technologies

Background and Education:

Degree in software engineering or computer science
Professional experience with data processing
Good knowledge of Python and other object-oriented programming languages, like Python-based frameworks and APIs, ideally PySpark and SQL
Knowledge with the AWS software engineering stack and certifications would be an advantage
Previous experience developing advanced data architectures (e.g. data lakes) in AWS
Familiar with infrastructure as code in Terraform and CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
Architecture and data knowledge
Fluent English and excellent cross-cultural communication skills
A team player who works independently and responsibly
