This next chapter in our journey has opened up an exciting position in our Iberia & Africa Talent Acquisition team.

We are looking for a talented individual to lead recruiting processes in Spanish and Portuguese, to build what’s next for Otis. This newly created position reports to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Iberia and Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity to perform in a key, visible role that is critical to the success of the organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain and Otis Portugal
Develop and update compelling job descriptions.
Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards.
Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases, social networks, etc.
Screen candidate CV’s and job applications
Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates within the timeframe provided.
Assess relevant knowledge, skills, interpersonal skills, experience and aptitudes of candidates.
Act as a central point of contact to build strong relationships with candidates and managers during the recruitment process.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Demonstrable work experience as a recruiter (either as an internal recruiter or as an agency recruiter).
Strong ability to carry out different types of interviews.
Practical experience with different selection processes (telephone interviews, reference checks, etc.).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) – Workday experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good decision making skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
