After Sales Technician (m/w/d)

The cutting tools required to manufacture smartphones, tablets, aircraft, cars, and medical devices are high-tech products manufactured with high-precision tooling machines with powerful software. Strausak designs, manufactures, sells, and maintains these production systems all over the world, employing 300+ staff.

To continue our growth dynamic, we will soon be opening a technical office in the Porto region (exact location TBC). We are now looking to hire a new colleague, who will meet the following criteria:

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree in technical field (electronic engineering, automated engineering, manufacturing engineering, or micromechanics)
Willing to travel 40% Iberia, 40% rest of Europe and Switzerland and 20% from home
Solid knowledge of CNC turning tools
Fluent in Portuguese, solid English language skills and Spanish is an advantage
Able to work under own initiative, sense of responsibility
Ddriving licence

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

After 6 months of intensive training at our head office in Landeron, Switzerland (with the opportunity to return to Portugal for a few weekends), you will be ready to fulfil the following roles:

Providing after-sales service and installing machines for our European customers
Delivering maintenance training for our customers
