Responsibilities:

  • Calculate costs and make offers accordingly.
  • Answer technical inquiries.
  • Fill up the project summary list for the transfer meeting to the project department.
  • Purchase compressors and nitrogen membranes for projects.
  • Prepare preliminary P&I diagrams and block schemes of components.
  • Prepare outline drafts with the design department.

Technical Project Engineer / Manager

After an internal training, you will work together with the commercial project manager on managing several projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents for the Kick-off Meeting (KOM).
  • Attend kick-off meeting with customer together with the commercial project manager.
  • Prepare inquiries and orders for all components excluding instrumentation, electrical controls and material for construction.
  • Finalize the order in cooperation with the commercial project manager.
  • Prepare the P&I drawing.
  • Attend meetings.
  • Act as the co-contact person for projects.
  • Assist during seminars and training.
  • Prepare the bill of materials.
  • Assist with in-house testing.
  • Check the quality of goods purchased by the project department upon receipt.
  • Monitor delivery time and quality of goods.
  • Prepare and check the technical documentation for projects such as P&ID and datasheets.
  • Production & editing of data books and instruction manuals.
  • Registering of complaints and remarks in the complaints log according to ISO.
  • Detailed photographing of packages.

Job description:

  • Design and engineer electrical schemes in EPLAN.
  • Design and engineer control panel outlines in AutoCAD.
  • Assist E&I manager in the purchase of electrical material.
  • Evaluate offers, clarifications, and calculations.
  • Check invoices of purchased material.
  • Assist projects and after sales department regarding electrical components during all applicable tests (FAT, etc.).
  • Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
  • Assist sales, project, and aftersales departments with queries within the electrical engineering field.
  • Check the electrical instructions in the Instruction Manual for each project.
  • Participate in applicable meetings.

PLC Programmer

For our Dutch client based in the province of Zeeland, the Netherlands, we’re recruiting a PLC Programmer experienced in the oil and gas industry. The company is manufacturing custom made turn-key compressor, dryer and nitrogen generators installations for the oil and gas industry around the world. They design, engineer and build all of their packages according to the requirements of the customer within their facilities in the Netherlands from which each package is accordingly transported by sea, truck, train or plane to its final destination.

Job description:

  • Evaluate control philosophy;
  • Make PLC program from the existing block system;
  • Master PLC blocks may only be changed with the approval of the head of E&I;
  • PLC design should be based on control philosophy;
  • Prepare cause and effect drawings, IO, and Modbus List as necessary.
  • You will be programming PLCs independently using the programming style of the company. Pre-programmed blocks have been developed which are used for the PLC program. These blocks make the program more logical and easier to follow for everyone involved.

From the client’s office, you will be remotely assisting their commissioning engineers in the field with issues concerning the PLC and be responsible for the selection of the required PLC components for the package considering the agreements made with the customer and specifications. The ordering of components will be done in cooperation with the head of the department.

System Install Engineer

Job Description

Equipment qualification of the source vessel at the customer site:

  • Perform source integration tests (calibrations and system qualification), resulting in stable EUV Plasma/Light;
  • Work together with the NXE scanner install team to align the EUV Plasma/Light from the source into the scanner;
  • Transfer a fully tested and qualified source to the NXE scanner install team (Note : Work in accordance with the installation sequence and installation procedures);
  • Perform administrative and coordination duties incl. reporting and technical escalations;
  • Contribute to the improvement loop of the EUV platform and processes;
  • Represent our client at the customer site in a professional way incl. cultural awareness;
  • Qualification can take up to 6 weeks to complete;
  • Expected to travel 60 – 75% of the time to customers worldwide;
  • Expected to work inside the clean room, working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
