In this position you will be part the team of local experts in the Brands/Categories designated in the Brand Activation team. The position will ensure effective, creative and efficient implementation of brand strategies and plans by working with agencies, Visual Merchandising team, Consumer Products and Sales teams. Furthermore, the position will act as a Brand Activation interface with both internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Act as a center of expertise for the Portuguese Market & Consumer, while maintaining constant communication with BU Lead, and Regional Marketing team identifying synergies, alignment, best practices and opportunities within the country
Ensure best effective and impactful amplifications & implementations of Brand strategies and action plans in the country.
Drive the execution of brand retail activation plans, hand to hand with the customer marketing team (merchandizing strategies / planograms, tent poles and promotions, POP, catalogues)
Partner with brand managers & local media agency for the execution of brand marketing activities across all different media channels.
Provide support to sales and marketing for promotional activations and implement them in the point of purchase.
Team up with the Digital Marketing team, to combine your market knowledge with his online
expertise, for optimal presence of our brands across all digital platforms.
Asset coordination, revision and approval for the Portuguese Market.

Portuguese ideally native or proficient level, fluent in written & spoken Spanish and English.
University degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other related field.
3 to 5 years of commercial/marketing experience preferably in Toys, FMCG or licensed consumer goods, Apparel or Health & Beauty industry.
