BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Business Controller (m/f)

Responsibilities:
Business understanding: keeps track of ongoing business performance, developing tools & analysis for assessing business KPIs, following trends and business dynamics
Budgeting & Forecasting: participates in the yearly budgeting process and business activity forecasts, at both financial and operational level, working directly with business teams
Knowledge creation: improves Zeitreel’s business teams knowledge base by developing rigorous analysis and problem solving, as well as intuitive and user-friendly information tools, to support businesses in tackling their challenges

Qualifications:
Up to 4 years of experience in a similar position (controller, business intelligence analyst/developer, …)
Solid problem-solving/logic reasoning and strong analytical skills
Critical stance, proactivity and attention to detail
Organizational and planning capabilities, having the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing circumstances
Good communication and relational skills, being comfortable working independently as well as in a team
Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)
Experience with SAP is a strong plus

Experience with IT/data analysis tools (SQL, Cube OLAP, etc.) and/or MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a plus

Academic Degree in Economics/Management/Engineering and Industrial Management
