Delivery Manager – French Speaker (M/F)

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience in customer management;
Contract management and invoicing of several customers simultaneously;
Maintenance contracts;
Software implementation projects;
Experience in managing teams of 4 or more people;
Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ITIL;
Proficiency with Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project);
Fluent in English.

Skills/Experiences valued:

Certifications: PMP, CSM or similar;
Knowledge of SAP;
Fluent in Spanish;
Use of JIRA, Confluence tools.
