We are looking for a Front Desk Representative with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to join our team. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our office. We are a large company with multiple offices and the job can be fast-paced with little downtime. If you enjoy people and are committed to doing excellent work, then we want to hear from you.


Greeting and welcoming our guests;
Booking and arranging meetings;
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
Screening phone calls;
Receive, sort, distribute and dispatch daily mail/deliveries;
Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements;
Managing and handling travel arrangements requests;
Administrative support to HR Administrative department.


High school diploma, equivalent professional course or bachelor degree;
Professional experience in similar roles (preferably);
Computer skills (from the user’s point of view);
Excellent organizational skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different interlocutors;
Proactivity, take-charge attitude;
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
Customer Service attitude.
