ABOUT THE OFFER
As the HR Admin, you will support the facilitation of the interactions between the employee and the company’s HR Admin area, ensuring that inquiries and all the hiring and termination processes are a differentiating factor of the company in the overall IT market.
You will be part of a larger team focused on HR Administrative and Payroll processes and with their support you will ensure various administrative tasks in a timely manner and guarantee compliance.

Support the hiring and termination processes such as employment contracts elaboration, articulation with external providers connected to the hiring process, etc;
Answer employees queries about HR administration-related issues;
Support the organization and update of internal employee databases;
Management of appointments and information validation with service providers regarding occupational health;
Activation and deactivation of email accounts;
Assist the HR Admin and Payroll department by providing relevant employee information.
Degree in HR Management, or other relevant fields;
Previous experience in a similar role (+1 year);
Knowledge of hiring and termination processes, labor law and legislation is a plus;
Experience working in Google Workspace and/or MS Office;
Knowledge of Workday and Primavera tools is a plus;
Proficiency in English;
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
