User Support – Spanish Speaker

This role englobes a first level support, being the first contact with our customers or users for several applications.
Responding to calls, e-mails and requests in a prompt and professional, using stablished procedures
Log all questions, problems, incidents and requests in an accurate and complete way.
Perform first level functional troubleshooting and problem solving
Escalate requests and incidents to the next level of tier support based on established procedures.
Report, extract data and requests configuration.
At least 1 year of experience in user frontline IT applications support or IT activities as functional analysis, tests or application support.
Spanish full professional speaking is mandatory.
