ABOUT THE OFFER
We are looking for a Procurement Intern with the purpose of supporting the administrative processes within the department to manage and develop the supplier’s base, telecom services, etc. Reporting directly to Procurement & Process Director, the Procurement Intern will maintain effective and best practice procurement processes whilst providing support to all business departments to drive efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hep ensure the procurement and purchase processes
Support the fleet and Telecom administrative management, tracking deliveries and returns, service/contract’s activation and inactivation, handling of notifications and traffic infractions
Workplace Health & Safety system administrative management with the support of the manager
Maintain relevant internal databases and files and keep track of requests
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma, equivalent professional course or bachelor degree;
Previous experience in procurement, providers management and/or fleet management is a plus (optional)
Experience with Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Excellent organizational skills
Problem-solving attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different interlocutors
Proactivity, take-charge attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
