ABOUT THE OFFER

The L&D team is a key part of the Human Resources (HR) and focuses on providing high quality learning to all BOLD employees.

The team is responsible for providing great quality learning solutions across a selection of key topics/skills that will enable employees to be fit for the future and shape life-long careers.

As a learning and development specialist, you will have a key role in identifying the current and future skill requirements of the company, as well as creating flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce. You will develop these processes in close interaction with senior leaders across the business from all areas of the company, having to implement L&D practices aligned with corporate strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Onboarding programs, skill mapping, and early career programs, communities, and Academies.
Support the implementation of talent management practices, such as career moves, development, and progression actions identified by the plans in place.
Promote ongoing actions on developing and maintaining a “Learning Culture”.
Soft skills and Hard Skills development by assignment of upskilling and reskilling training
LMS information and content management (e-learning).
Maintain critical L&D information & provide reporting on targets, strategic training, internal pivots, and training programs by area.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Management or other relevant field.
Previous experience on HR departments of at least 2 years, preferably in an L&D position.
Proficiency in English, written and spoken
Experience working in Google Workspace.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and people-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
A team player who understands that collaboration is always the key to success.
