ABOUT THE OFFER
We are looking for a Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team! The Facilities Operations Specialist role has the purpose of providing a safe, clean, productive, and well-maintained physical space for employees and visitors. Guarantee the planning and delivery of sustainable professional services, as well as identifying and implementing value-generating efficiencies. We are a large company with multiple offices and the job can be fast-paced with little downtime. Effectively define and prioritize needs, manage costs and procedures, and execute various office construction/maintenance projects simultaneously.
Identify the necessary services for the proper functioning of our offices.
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of all regulated Safety measures in all offices.
Ensure the management and maintenance of all offices and related services/equipment.
Work closely with vendors, negotiate facilities vendor contracts and ensure that these contracts are fulfilled.
Ensure the correct management and record of all access to offices in accordance with defined policies, as well as the management of space allocation.
Maintain the office inventory, restock items and make note of inventory shortages.
Creation, maintenance, and use of facility-specific manuals to assist with the processes, methods, equipment, and tools.
Management of Front-Office & Subcontracted Maintenance teams, as well as consideration of how they can operate most efficiently.
High school diploma or a degree in a related subject.
Infrastructures management and HST training.
+ 2 years of experience in the same role and knowledge of the IoT.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
Great knowledge of Excel and Excel functions.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different interlocutors.
Attention to detail, take-charge attitude.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
