ABOUT THE OFFER
As the Strategic Workforce Planning & HR Analyst, you will play a key role in building out a new Enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning capability. You will interact with senior leaders across the business, HR and Finance to take a holistic approach to answer key questions regarding linking business objectives to the skills, capabilities and people we need.
Leveraging your analytical mindset and comfort with large datasets you will create models and/or leverage tools that will highlight workforce gaps to our current plans and take a data-driven approach to the size of teams and how they are structured and which capabilities are required to excel. As an HR Analyst, you will be part of a larger team that spans L&D, HRBP and Employee Experience as well HR Operations.
You are entrepreneurial, proactive and highly organized and understand how to project-manage, create complicated models, find insights in large and diverse data sets and communicate effectively with a diverse range of regional and global stakeholders and complex ambiguous environments.
Gain a strong understanding of Bold business objectives. Use a combination of internal and external data to generate insights about the workforce to support those goals
Partner cross-functionally across HR, business, finance and other functions to create joint ownership and move away from strategic workforce planning being an “HR” activity.
Lead initiatives to identify strategic workforce requirements, where critical gaps might exist, and how to close them
Identify, prepare, and analyze internal people data to answer business questions and inform talent strategy
Coordinate with the HR team regarding the implementation and maintenance of human resources-related data that might be required for workforce modeling.
Contribute to the conceptualization and design of the scope, targets and objectives of the strategic workforce planning framework.
Provide support in the development and maintenance of tools and templates to support workforce planning within the division and across the enterprise
An undergraduate degree or the equivalent combination of training and experience required. Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years’ experience in People Analytics, HR, Accounting, Finance, Market Research, Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, Workforce Planning or related roles
Proficiency or very good knowledge in Data Studio or Tableau tools and model systems in R
Experience in workforce planning and/or financial analysis and planning strongly preferred.
Understanding of HR policies and processes is a “nice to have”.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong conceptual thinking skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively work independently and identify when to engage others.
