ABOUT THE OFFER
The L&D team is a key part of the Human Resources (HR) and focuses on providing high-quality learning to all BOLD employees.
The team is responsible for providing great quality learning solutions across a selection of key topics/skills that will enable employees to be fit for the future and shape life-long careers.
As a talented learning and development specialist focused on program design, you will have a key role in structuring and ensuring the optimal implementation and ongoing maintenance of multiple L&D programs and initiatives, as well as supporting the implementation of talent management practices. You will develop these processes in close interaction with senior leaders across the business from all areas of the company, having to implement L&D practices aligned with corporate strategic goals. You will be experienced in designing new learning projects yourself and indirectly through third-party vendors. You will have experience of managing significant programmes, ideally on a large scale, with experience of communicating and influencing across areas and profiles.
Gain full knowledge of BOLD´s strategic positioning, profiles and ambitions, and how they impact Learning & Development goals and program design.
Organize, develop and manage the implementation and ongoing update of multiple L&D programs such as profile-oriented learning frameworks, tech and business academies and area-specific career and learning paths, in partnership with internal stakeholders or external vendors, ensuring we deliver a high-quality learning experience for our employees.
Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and provide management information to the business units ensuring the capability to measure the effectiveness of learning and support the achievement of its goals.
Manage and update specific learning paths and competencies development aligned with the programs structured in close proximity to area directors and/or champions.
Support the implementation of talent management practices, such as career moves, development and progression actions identified by the plans in place and put into practice according to the company’s strategy.
Support the training needs assessment process for new and existing employees.
Oversee budget management, vendor management and reporting of the projects and programs under your scope.
