Funções

Giving full administrative and secretarial support to managers;
Managing daily agenda, organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms;
Administrative follow up of the arrival/departure of collaborators, including UID’s, IT Tools & badges, Refog updates.
Requisitos

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent);
At least one year experience in a similar position/ administrative function (is a plus);
Microsoft Office suite (Advanced in Outlook, at least Intermediate in Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Fluent in English;
French (as a plus).
