We’ve created a remote onboarding process to ensure that new starters have all the knowledge they need to be able to start this new career phase.


We are currently looking for an ADM Office – Agile Transformation Coach

The mission should start in the very beginning of next January 2021 and the desired profile is described below:

Train teams on Agile practices and tools;
Support teams to set-up Agile transformation;
Coach collaborator’s to the Agile mindset.

Train teams on Agile methodology, roles and ceremonies;
Coach managers on the management behavior’s and operational efficiency;
Ensure that Continuous Improvement contribute to increase the quality and reduce the time to market;
Intervene once again on the struggling perimeter’s (lightened diagnosis, implementation of new actions, punctual coaching).
Good team player and experience managing teams, and relationship management skills, excellent communication

The desired qualifications and skills are:

Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent;
Train teams on Agile methodology, roles and ceremonies;
Proven experience in “Agile” projects;
Global organization transformation;
Agile awareness;
Scrum, Kanban;
Agile scaling models (SAFe, LeSS,…);
Coaching techniques;
Preferred Fluency in English (written and spoken).
