BIT is the Information Systems area of Sonae MC. A group of people who live for the business and technology breakthroughs, creating fast, cohesive management and decision tools.

We are looking for a TECH LEAD to join our DELIVERY MERCHANDISING TEAM at BIT.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Teach Lead’s mission is to solve problems, challenge our processes and improve our way of working in the Delivery area as part of the Merchandising Team.


Develop technical solutions to meet desired business requirements;

Manage and coach a team of developers that are focused on oracle solutions;

Diagnose, repair and maintain software components to ensure the smooth running of merchandising solutions;

Validate functional and technical solutions designs with applicable architecture standards and guidelines in addition to its implementation feasibility;

Proactively identify opportunities to implement improvements and simplify more and more our daily work.


Academic background in Information Systems or a related field;

Experience leading development teams;

Work experience (more than 3 years) in the following technologies:



Problem solving attitude;

Analytical skills;

An excellent team player, at different levels, building bridges and easily connecting with others;

English fluency.


High levels of curiosity, multi-tasking, proactivity and self-motivation;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms;

Adaptable, flexible attitude and resilient to perform well under pressure;

Compromise to a continuous improvement culture;
