ABOUT THE OFFER

We are currently looking for a M365 Resource Operations Engineer Junior;

Job Description:

The Day-to-Day:

Administer and monitor M365 Cloud Environment

Implement changes to M365 suites of services

Manage routine service requests and user support issues and serve as a tier 3/4 escalation point, to investigate incidents and improve

Support Exchange Online project planning and activities

Email Spam filtering and Email DLP

Implement and enforce compliance with email retention policies

You must have:

-Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 and systems administration

-Knowledge of M365 suite of applications

-Experience integrating and managing interfaces with applications (Salesforce)

-Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

-Experience creating and managing PowerShell scripts

-Experience with email security platforms

-Familiarity with End Point Security (Antivirus, DLP, Windows Firewall)

-Identify and resolve issues between customers and the technical operations team

-Experience migrating to M365 and operating

-Exchange in hybrid mode

-Experience with management M365 Office Online and M365 End Point Security tools
