ABOUT THE OFFER
We are currently looking for a Executive Assistant.
Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders;
Manage CEO calendar and set up meetings;
Handling correspondence directed to the CEO;
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries;
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters and other documents;
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports;
Producting report and presentations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics;
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
High level of French will be a plus.
