ABOUT THE OFFER
We are currently looking for an Application Support Analyst.
Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements;
Provide technical support to teams within the organisation;
Prepare maintenance plans and upgrade schedules for the organisation’s systems;
Document processes and monitor application performance metrics.
The desired qualifications and skills are:
Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent;
Previous experience working as an Application Support Analyst or similar;
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering;
Strong knowledge of SQL database;
Knowledge of technologies such as, Kibana, Elasticsearch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Golang, Perl and Shell;
Knowledge of collaborative platforms such as Jira, Confluence or GitLab (preferably);
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
