Functional Analyst – Oracle EBS

Main tasks and objectives:

– Provide administration and production support of management control tools (ORACLE E-Business Suite R12) of a Finance environment, including several European Countries;

– Provide business support to Corporate & Local Management and Accounting teams;

– Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities in ORACLE;

– Contribute to the Data Quality program by applying Quality & Integrity criteria to its perimeter/scope of responsibility.

– Monthly closing activities within ORACLE accounting systems

– Access rights management;

– End-user support to local teams (provide 1 st level of support on production issues);

– Referential administration (creation of values for different values sets in ORACLE

– Setup of new entities.

Technical skills required:

– Education: ORACLE E-Business Suite Financial Management Certification

– Professional experience: relevant experience as a functional analyst (administration and support) in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) version R12;

– Knowledge in accounting / finance;

– Knowledge in Discoverer and Web ADI tools is a plus;

– Previous Banking experience is a plus;

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

o English advanced
