Wyser is the international company of the Gi Group that develops the recruitment and specialized selection of middle and senior level personnel. We are part of Gi Group, one of the leading international companies in services dedicated to the development of the labor market.

As the recruitment partners of Cetelem – major commercial brand of BNP Paribas Personal Finance – we are currently supporting them with the recruitment of a Customer Intelligence Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:

Defining how unexploited data and the use of innovative modeling technologies, can improve the business through better customer knowledge;
Growing data science and use new, bigger data to boost analytics reach and predictive power, with machine learning methods;
Crafting Artificial Intelligence based tools, able to handle part of customer interactions, with the goal of maximize profitability and knowledge collection;
Building customer behavioral models: customer segmentations, predictive models based on business data;
Continuously improve modeling methods by performing strategic and competitive monitoring, and by testing innovative methodologies (algorithmic segmentations, machine learning);
Innovating with development of new generation analytical culture and tools: explore big data technologies, data science tools and the latest open-source machine learning libraries.

Are you the one we are looking for?

If you have:

Solid academic background in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering (or any field related to applied data science) with a minimum of 2 years of experience (mandatory);
Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking;
Knowledge of statistical analysis, databases and reporting tools: SAS, SQL and Tableau;
Comfortable with programming languages: Python, R.
Excellent spoken and written English.
