Scrum Master

We are a Portuguese consulting company that provides consulting, training, staffing and research services. We support our clients in the search for innovative and sustainable solutions, from the application of scientific knowledge in the resolution of complex management problems to the digital and technological transformation within organizations.

To reinforce our teams, we are recruiting a Scrum Master.

What profile are we looking for to join our team?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, similar technical discipline or demonstrable equivalent career experience
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a development team, ideally in a SaaS environment
Able to communicate with, influence and engage senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
Able to work under pressure, at speed to meet deadlines while achieving high quality results
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Able to lead, inspire and influence others to achieve success
Experience of business analysis practices
Goal focused with commitment to meet targets.
Ability to balance long term plans and short-term issues that need resolving quickly, prioritizing to meet the company goals and strategy requirements.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and extended team.
