What are we looking for?
Degree in Software Engineer or similar;
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Support Engineering;
Professional experience in IT support and troubleshooting web applications written in Java;
Exposure to App environment and Microservice knowledge;
Good knowledge of web technologies such as HTML/CSS;
Good competences regarding XML and JSON;
Experience working with following ticketing system: Jira;
Plus: Automotive/e-commerce knowledge;
Fluent in English is mandatory (C1 Level).
