HR Manager

We are part of Gi Group, one of the leading international companies in services dedicated to the development of the labor market.

Our client is BEWiPlastimar that is part of a group leader in solutions for packaging, technical components and isolation in several European countries. They are looking for a HR Manager that will be responsible for the creation of the Human Resources Department and Strategy.

This HR Manager report to the Board and will be responsible for:

Talent & Performance Management, drive local processes to ensure that they meet the requirements of the business today and tomorrow with the people strategy and plan (recruitment and skills development);
Organizational development and change management;
Supporting and coaching the leaders on “people matters)” in order for them to reach their targets and being the first point of contact for the management team;
Driving processes such as Employee surveys, talent reviews, etc.;
Build and develop Employer Branding strategies ;
Assists, review and implement HR policies and procedures;
Ensure compliance whit employment and related legislations;
Provide professional HR advice on labour relations;
Develop strategies to minimize sick leaves;
Implement HR projects and ah-hoc tasks as assigned;
Internal communication.

Profile

Degree in human resources or related area;
At least 5 years of experience in a production company (nice to have);
Advanced knowledge in labour legislation;
Good english level.
