Trainee Academy

Capgemini trainee’s academy provides university students new experiences in the labor market, in the context of a multinational company. You will have the possibility of participating in national and international projects.

This program has been developed to identify high-potential young people, from bachelor’s to master’s finalists. Aiming to strengthen in the areas of software and application development, it’s an excellent opportunity that provides students with contact with the job market. In the first month, you can access in-room or virtual training to improve your knowledge in various technologies with which we work.

As a trainee at Capgemini Portugal, you will work with some of the main industry specialists, with cutting-edge technologies, and in a proximity environment. You will be challenged daily and will have a high degree of autonomy from the start.

We’re looking for:

Graduate and master’s finalists in the following areas:

Computer Engineering;
Information Systems Management;
Electrical and Computer Engineering;
Biomedical Engineering;
Mathematics and Applications and related areas;

Communication skills, rapid learning, and adaptation;

Fluency in English;

Responsibility, initiative, orientation towards results and creativity; Team spirit and analytical thinking.
