ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– 1+ year of experience in support (1st and 2nd lines) as well as business analysis;
– Working understanding/experiencie of relational database SQL is mandatory;
– Proven experience in Level 1 support: Users Habilitations, application settings, hot fix in prod, relaunch failed reports and in Level 2 Support: Analyze and fix of profitability computations, analyze and fix application feed intersystems;
– Knowledge of SSAS, SSRS is a plus;
– Qlikview / QlikSense experience is valued;
– Detailed oriented person;
– Excellent communication skills;
– Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
