We are looking for enthusiastic customer support agents. From a great office in Portugal, you will be providing support via email, chat, social media and phone. By troubleshooting technical queries and responding efficiently to customer questions you will ensure stellar user experience.

Your profile

Experience working in customer service and fast-paced environment;
Extensive experience in written communication;
Excellent computer skills;
English B2;
Have a passion for new and innovative technologies
Availability to work on rotational shifts
Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
Excellent computer skills;
High level language skills in Dutch and English;
