Digital Marketing Consultant

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant with a passion for all-things-digital and a strategic-mindset able to solve complex business problems using digital. This role gives you fantastic exposure to all levels – from a strategical to an operational perspective – as you will participate in the definition of clients’ digital strategies and yet having a day-to-day hands-on approach to platforms, tools, techniques, and methodologies. You will be working on a vast variety of projects through all types of industries helping high profile clients to achieve very demanding business goals. You will be permanently challenged and pushed for development to become a proficient Digital Marketing Executive.

Responsibilities:

Define, implement, monitor, and manage digital presence in multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Email/CRM, SEO, etc.)
Define, configure and monitor web analytics implementations on clients
Research industry trends, threats, and opportunities where clients can improve their businesses processes to maximize digital returns
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Report proactively to clients and to your internal manager about progress made
Manage clients’ budget like it was your own
Be available to work on whatever is needed to scale Karma as a company (eg. internal R&D)

Required Skills:

Degree in Business, Economics, Maths, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related areas;
Understanding the main digital marketing channels modus operandi, such as Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Email/CRM, SEO, etc (plus)
Understanding web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc. (plus)
English communication skills (French or Spanish are a plus)
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience in some of the mentioned online platforms is a big plus
