SAP ABAP Developer (contract) | Technology Services | €210 P/D | Portugal (remote)

Albert Bow are working with a client who are a technology services partner that delivers transformative solutions to accelerate your ambitions in today’s ever-changing world. The company offers a wide range of ICT solutions, including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, data centre management, cloud services, collaboration and communication solutions, and digital workplace solutions.

They are currently looking for an SAP ABAP developer to join the team.

Key responsibilities:

Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for SAP applications.
Developing custom ABAP code to enhance existing SAP applications or create new ones.
Debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications to identify and fix errors.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for SAP applications, including code documentation, user manuals, and test plans.
Testing SAP applications to ensure they meet business requirements and functional specifications

Qualifications required:

Should have a strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem and experience working with SAP technologies, such as the ABAP programming language, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP HANA.
Must be able to analyse complex business requirements and develop solutions that meet those requirements.
Must have good communication skills as they must be able to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

This is a remote role based in Portugal with offices in Lisbon and Porto and is paying up to €210 per day depending on experience.
