We’re looking for Cloudbeds University Content Coordinator & Trainer who wants to disrupt the travel industry and love to travel as much as we do. As a CB University Content Coordinator & Trainer, you’ll help our clients and employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal will be to conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all our clients and employees.
What You Will Do:
Constructs courses to include digital text, simulations, graphics, animation, and audio and video components.
Collaborate with the management and subject-matter experts to identify company training needs.
Schedule appropriate training sessions.
Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, lectures and any other learning methods needed.
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
Train and guide new and old employees and clients as well.
Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
Follow-up on customer feedback to further improve training materials
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Monitor employee performance and response to training
Use training materials to keep up-to-date with the latest system updates
Help create and/or translate new tutorials as needed by contributing content to the database of support articles
Attend and in some cases deliver company-wide online training sessions
You’ll Succeed With:
At least 2+ years experience as Corporate Trainer or similar role
Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role ideally at a SaaS company
Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools
Experience in hospitality/tourism
Great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences
Must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.
Native / Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
Problem-solving skills and emotional management
Compatible graduation course
Excellent internet/wifi connection
Note: This is a remote position that can be done anywhere
