A top accounting firm headquartered in Lisbon is looking for a digital marketing specialist to join their team. This person will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager and be required to plan, design & execute online marketing campaigns. They will need experience of running ad campaigns in different platforms as well as creating the relevant written content and graphic design to be integrated in the campaigns.
After campaigns have been launched, the role will require them to monitor, extract and analyze data across multiple channels, optimising the campaigns performance.
The successful candidate will have the responsibility of reporting back weekly performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity. They will feel comfortable in identifying and acting on opportunities to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI performance. It is essential this person can write engaging copy. A significant weighting of the remuneration will be linked to performance with tremendous upside to add significant earnings to the base salary.
Degree in Marketing, Adversiting or Communication and/or some Digital Marketing training
6 months – 1 year work experience
Knowledge of SEO, SEM and PPC campaigns
Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook/Linkedin Ads
Highly proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong writing, presentation and communication skills
Strong project management
Understand customer segmentation
Fluency in spoken and written English
Able to run ad campaigns across all relevant social media platforms; Google, Facebook/Instagram and LinkedIn
Preferable but not essential
Experience of working in an agency environment
Knowledge of the professional services or legal sector
Video editing skills
