• Perform 1st level support;
• Diagnose errors / problems on computers provided by company and provide technical support;
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network;
• Train end users in how to use new technology;
• Install, configure and perform software upgrades and install and configure operating systems on computers provided by Somincor;
• Diagnose and repair computer hardware provided by company, such as keyboards, mice, monitors and printers;
• Provide technical support to end users via phone, internet or via remote control software;
• Support computers of end users, about the diagnosis and solution of complex problems;
• Establish and maintain a knowledge base up-to-date on incidents resolutions.
• Entering tickets into the system, and tracking to completion
• Triage tickets and assigning priorities
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Assign more complex issues to appropriate staff
• Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
