Main Tasks and responsabilities:
Entities maintenance requests follow up (Incidents, Approval flow, analysis/correction, Documentation Update);
Daily monitoring (integrations & exports status) for all interfaces;
User Forms validations (for all the entities);
Blocked Email address Monitoring and communication (for all the entities);
Set up and manage weekly Follow Up meeting with entities;
Agile “sprint rituals”;
Support to Audit/Compliance Practices (provide evidences, contribute);
Provide SLA reporting.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum 2 years experience in IT application management;
Skills in SAAS application administration;
Knowledge of interface scheduling and IT architecture;
Experience with Zabbix and Nagios (must have);
Skills in Administration of BigData and HDFS cluster (Hadoop Cloudera) (must have);
Experience with AWS and OpenPaaS (must have);
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
