Database Administrator

Would you like to be part of a challenge for more than 100 countries?

You will be responsible for creating, installing and managing databases and, ensure optimal database performance by analyzing database issues and monitoring database performance.

The current projects are mainly in OracleDB but new projects will be 100% based in PostgreSQL.

What you need to know:

Manage database changes and re-designs;
Analyze database issues and troubleshoot or configure the database accordingly;
Monitor database performance to ensure high levels of security and speed;
Experience with Oracle DB (Mandatory)
Experience with Ansible (Mandatory)
PostegreSQL experience will be valued
Knowledge on Kubernetes will be valued;
Grafana (Dashboards maintenance and creation) will be valued;

Qualifications

Fluency in English;
Minimum 2/3 years’ of experience

Note: You have to be in Portugal to be considered for this opportunity – it’s not possible to start remotely because de onboarding will be on-site.

Open to hybrid (2/3 times per week on site) – we’ll pay for the beer at the end of the day 🍺
