Velocidi is looking for a product marketer with experience working with business technology or software companies to join our team in Porto, Portugal.
Velocidi is a customer data software company headquartered in New York, with offices in Porto, Portugal. We provide a private customer data platform for direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies who want to take advantage of advanced customer intelligence technology without compromising on data privacy.
Our team consists of experts and enthusiasts in data, analytics, AI, marketing, and media. Our mission is to help DTC brands protect and capitalize on their greatest asset: their first-degree customer relationships.
Overview of Responsibilities
As a product marketer, you will work closely with our marketing, product engineering, and customer success teams. Your main goals are to provide customers with resources to swiftly gain an understanding of the product, and to provide prospective customers with material that drives conversions.
A few examples of your responsibilities:
Take ownership of managing and developing the product documentation website.
Create customer onboarding content such as demo videos, tutorials, and instruction manuals.
Support the development of product use cases and client case studies to be used for sales and marketing.
Support marketing to develop informative and enticing content for blogs, web pages, and sales collateral.
Previous marketing or communications experience within business technology or similar fields.
Excellent speaking and writing ability in English.
Proficiency in WordPress CMS.
Determination and will to climb steep learning curves.
Familiarity with video editing software is a plus, but not mandatory.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and MarkDown is a plus, but not mandatory.
