_ Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or related field;
_ At least 1 year of experience in specialized recruitment or Executive Search managing recruitment cycle (understand the profiles with the Managers, sourcing, performing the first pre-screening interview, and present the Candidates to the Swedish Managers);
_ Ideally understanding of IT profiles;
_ Business drive;
_ Advanced or Native in German and English (mandatory);
