As a Concur Solution Specialist, you are responsible for providing application & process support to expected quality and speed driving improvements within the support organization.
Application Support & Operations
Execute maintenance and support activities ensure system availability and performance in line with user expectation, agreed service levels, quality standards, and service delivery processes.
Manage support at level 1 and 2 are properly handled and you get involved in escalation mode at level 2.5. when the solution needs to be modified to ensure continuity.
Lead continuous improvement application & problem management initiatives ensuring they are in sync with the business needs.
Keep documentation up to date.
Contributes to a solution’s delivery road map by participating in Building Activities as part of the project team (L3).
Ensure solution evolves including enhancements requests management and prioritization together with the business.
Participate in the set-up and execution of end-to-end User acceptance testing with business representatives.
Perform testing on relevant integrations during releases.
Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) as required.
Provide expert advice related to changes to the Enterprise Architecture team.
Participate in projects.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to meet common goals and resolve issues.
Desired Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
>= 3-year working experience in large and complex organizations.
>= 5-year proven experience in a similar role.
>= 3-year working experience in SAP Concur.
Excellent understanding of accounting processes.
Willing to accept a hands-on role.
Proactive, self-starter, needs to be able to work without close supervision.
Fluent in English.
