Duties and Responsibilities:

Participation and autonomy in the preparation and elaboration of architectural projects in all their phases and stages;
Coordination and management of consultants, clients, contractors and regulatory agencies;
Good conceptual and design skills;
Ability to assist with the management of team members;

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
+7 years’ experience in the preparation of architectural studies and projects;
Experienced in technical construction drawing/documents and detail drawing is a must;
Experience in team and project coordination;
Knowledge and practice of architectural software, namely REVIT (BIM) in all project phases and stages;
Good communication skills and fluency in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written)
Strong organizational, creative and presentation skill;
