This position is responsible for follow daily Operations with 3PL and Plants, and also from Oracle transactions for 3 customers, 7 logistic centers and 108 SKUs.


Stock control

Delivery report validation
Check and communication of order status
Stock synchronization (3PL and SF)

Communication with 3PL and Plant

Reception and Shipping control
Issues report
Block/release products
Shortage avoid

System transactions

PO reception
Stock transactions (donations, debits, returns, etc.)

Excel Reports fulfillment and validation

Customers daily service level report
Debits/customer return
Weekly Forecast
Debits control

The skills required for this position are:

Able to balancing listening and talking, speaking and writing clearly and accurately, influencing others, keeping others informed (strong communication skills)
Must be analytical, creative, proactive and problem-solving skills
Costumer oriented, being helpful, respectful, approachable and team oriented, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
Planning ahead, managing time well, being on time, being cost conscious, thinking of better ways to do things
Able to understand and adapt to different cultures
Good understanding of Spanish and English


Business Management, Economics, Logistics or related field
