Who is this program for?

Post-Bologna Masters Degree (completion is mandatory), with Marketing background, or alternatively Management and Economics with major in Marketing in universities of excellence
Up to 2 years of professional experience (Strategic/Analytic Marketing companies, FMCG are a plus)
Fluency in English
Strong analytic skills and advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint
Initiative and proactivity
Drive and focus on results
Team player and collaborative

You will be challenged with some of these assignments:

Identification of customer insights that lead behaviors and trends
Customer targeting and segmentation analysis
Loyalty program management support
Digital and social network data correlation and analysis
Marketing campaigns ROI identification
Customer survey creation, management and results analysis
Dynamic dashboards creation (Brand Marketing, Marketing KPI’s…)
Manage and monitor cross-departmental projects
