About Nikabot

Nikabot is the easiest time tracking tool out there – a bot that keeps track of what your team is doing so you don’t have to! Nikabot asks your team members one simple question a day: What did you work on today? She then gathers that information and creates accurate Gantt charts and reports so you can bill clients, keep track of projects and show off in your next meeting.

Nikabot was born inside Impossible, an innovation agency based in Lisbon, London and San Francisco.

We are currently looking for a Makerting & Sales Manager to join our team and help us bring Nikabot to new heights!

About the Role

We are looking for a top performer, self-organized and an independent person to manage everything about Marketing & Sales on Nikabot. You’ll be the only person working every day in those areas and you’ll have lots of autonomy to start and test new things. Growth is the most important thing at this stage for Nikabot and we want a person that wants to help us grow and increase the numbers every week and month.

This person will be the voice of Nikabot and define how Nikabot must be shown to the world. Besides that, we’re looking for someone that is comfortable with both Marketing and Sales – meaning that in one day you can be exploring new channels to scale lead generation and in the other you’re talking over the phone with our customers and performing demos to leads.

We’ll provide guidance and training but you’ll have a high level of responsibility and autonomy to get your work done. This a great opportunity for personal growth with a B2B SaaS, making you responsible for the entire funnel. We expect you to grow with the company and maybe lead more people in Marketing & Sales in the future if needed.

Here is what you will do:

  • Set the whole Marketing strategy and tools
  • Develop and run multi-channel campaigns from start to finish for strategic audiences (email marketing, social media, blogging, PR, etc.)
  • Develop, run and optimise digital advertising campaigns, including bid management, copy, creatives, implementation, monitoring and optimization
  • Create written content by yourself and work with our design team to prepare visual content
  • Be the first contact with new leads and perform product demos
  • Manage the entire sales funnel until conversion and keep a close relationship with customers
  • Customer support, answering all the requests (you’ll always have someone from the product team to help you with technical issues)

Here are the skills you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing & Sales, preferably in software industry
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent written, listening and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to work across broad cross-functional teams and run complex multi-channel campaigns (including advertising, comms, content, email, sales enablement, product education and customer support)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter mentality with drive to succeed
  • Able to successfully prioritize across multiple tasks
  • Autonomy and ability to make things happen without minimal supervision
  • Handle customer support, relay user feedback to the product development team and support direct sales
