We are looking for someone creative, with very good people skills and a strong analytical mind to join our Wholesale Unit HQ in Lisbon. You will report to the Global Head of Wholesale and contributing to our growth with your energy and we welcome your creativity and business acumen to propose new ideas that can lead to new product opportunities and revenue streams.


You will drive the Unit’s revenue & margin growth with autonomy and initiative by:

  • Developing & implementing the defined commercial strategy
  • Manage the clients and partners in your account
  • Grow your international client base and revenue
  • Control the margin and growth profit of your business deals
  • Use your creativity and business acumen to propose new products & services that you believe will generate new revenue streams
  • Report on your budget performance
  • Propose & prepare our presence in international fairs & forums
  • Understand our brand strategy and ensure its values are met with your internal and external customers
  • Focus primarily in Europe, Africa & Middle East

Requirements / Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Economics, Business Management or similar
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in wholesale, sales or business development areas preferably in the Telecommunication industry
  • Excellent understanding of the Telecommunication ecosystem preferably in the areas of A2P SMS, Long Numbers, Short Codes, or interconnection in general
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in negotiation and deal closing
  • Proven experience in managing Corporate customers
  • Capacity of initiative, working with a high level of autonomy and result oriented, organized and careful with details
  • Ability and experience leading project initiatives with multi-disciplinary teams, providing guidance and direction, setting measurable goals and ensuring delivery under the defined timelines & quality standards
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage with people from around the World
  • Clear understanding of financial metrics and business margin control
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required
  • Positive and problem-solving mindset

Bonus Requirements / Differentiator Factors

  • Excellent understanding of the Telecommunication ecosystem specially in the areas of A2P SMS, Long Numbers, Short Codes, and interconnection in general
  • Solid experience in the Telecommunication industry either on Mobile Network Operators, Bulk SMS Aggregators or Telecom Carriers
  • International experience is highly appreciated
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages
  • Extended professional network in the Wholesale Telecommunication industry
