Strategy: Actively participate in development of business plan, strategy and budget of the business unit to ensure that it is aligned with the group growth and strategy.
Sales & Operations Manager will work closely with the senior manager, team and external parties overseeing sales and operations
Team Management: Lead weekly Business Development meetings with team with clear weekly objectives, responsibilities, action plans and clear any obstacles to maximize team performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, coach, counsel, support and provide necessary tools to the team. Drive implementation of training plans and programs enable the team to accomplish their tasks efficiently. Coordinate with the HR department for recruitment (internal/external) as required.
Relationship Management: Strong business acumen to develop and maintain a network with key industry professionals, customers, senior contacts in the property market, government/regulatory bodies to facilitate leasing operations, deal making and keep abreast with the market trends and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Master degree is preferred.
