Responsible of supporting Sales and Account Manager on the new accounts onboarding. Interact with a diverse group of internal and external individuals, at all levels of the organization. Coordination of administrative duties, with a sensitive and confidential nature.

Main Purpose of the role

  • Sales support on the onboarding process, making sure all required documents are in order and in our hands;
  • Account Manager support by creating apartments’ listings on Airbnb and;
  • Property inventory execution, as well as other relevant operation documentation;
  • Coordinate supplier interventions: professional photo-shoots, utilities contract and installation, maintenance coordination;
  • Asset quality improvement, field sales representative;
  • Answer telephone, take messages and handle daily administrative tasks.


  • Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  • Short-term rental experience preferred;
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Google and Excel;
  • Ability and desire to work in a high-calibre, fast-paced, team environment;
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail, must work well under pressure and with others, and get things done in a timely manner.
