Responsible of supporting Sales and Account Manager on the new accounts onboarding. Interact with a diverse group of internal and external individuals, at all levels of the organization. Coordination of administrative duties, with a sensitive and confidential nature.
Main Purpose of the role
- Sales support on the onboarding process, making sure all required documents are in order and in our hands;
- Account Manager support by creating apartments’ listings on Airbnb and Booking.com;
- Property inventory execution, as well as other relevant operation documentation;
- Coordinate supplier interventions: professional photo-shoots, utilities contract and installation, maintenance coordination;
- Asset quality improvement, field sales representative;
- Answer telephone, take messages and handle daily administrative tasks.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Short-term rental experience preferred;
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Google and Excel;
- Ability and desire to work in a high-calibre, fast-paced, team environment;
- Excellent attendance and punctuality;
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail, must work well under pressure and with others, and get things done in a timely manner.
